Delicious Pan Roasted Chicken

These are skinless, golden brown chicken pieces that tastes as good as it looks. Vegetables and potatoes add to it's attractiveness. Can be served with salad, light soup or is perfectly delicious by itself. Doesn't require many dishes, can all be made in one pan.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Oil and heat the pan
  2. Chop and satuee onion until golden brown
  3. Add chicken pieces to pan
  4. Cut each potatoe into chunks
  5. Add garlic
  6. Cook chicken on medium heat, 15 minutes, pan covered
  7. Flip chicken, 15 more minutes
  8. Add vegetables
  9. Cook another 20 minutes on low heat

Serves 6.
